Multitécnica, comprised of the companies Multitécnica Industrial, EletroMineral, MultiLogística, GeralMetais, and MicroSolo, all located in Sete Lagoas, has been a benchmark for over three decades in the production and supply of mineral salts for the Plant, Animal, and Industrial Nutrition sectors. As a rule, clarifications will be provided within a period of up to 15 days. In particularly complex situations or with a large volume of requests, the response time may be extended to up to 60 days. If this occurs, the Data Subject will be notified and kept informed about the progress of the request.The purpose of this data processing activity is to verify whether the data of the requesting person actually matches that of the Data Subject to whom the request for information or data deletion relates. In accordance with Article 41 of the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and Article 9, §1, item II, of Resolution CD/ANPD No. 18/2024, Multitécnica appoints Sandra Aparecida Ferreira Temponi as its Data Protection Officer (DPO).
Please note that, in cases of absence, impediment, or vacancy, her duties will be assumed by her substitute, Jonathan Yukio Ando Nelson.
The Data Protection Officer is responsible for overseeing the organization’s compliance with national and international privacy and data protection standards, as well as promoting a data protection culture within the company.
